Where is my order?

Enter your order number and email to see where your parcel is, in plain English, with every carrier scan underneath.

Your order number is in your confirmation email, after the #. Tracking numbers arrive by email once the parcel ships.

Preview mode: try order 1001 (in transit), 1002 (stalled), 1003 (delivered), 1004 (being prepared), 1005 (label created) or 1006 (delivery attempted) with any email.

Tracking not updating?

Carriers usually show the first scan 1 to 3 business days after we hand the parcel over, and packages can go a few days between scans while in transit. If nothing moves for 7 days, contact us and we will check with the carrier.

Email a photo within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we replace it or refund you.
