Shipping and the Christmas order-by date
Cost
Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, and free on orders of $35 or more, so two suits ship free. We ship to US addresses only for now.
How long it takes
We pack your order in 2 to 4 business days. US delivery usually takes 8 to 20 days after it ships, and we email you a tracking link when it does. You can also follow it on our Track order page.
The suit ships from our supplier's warehouse overseas, not from a stockroom of our own. That is why delivery takes longer than at a big retailer.
Christmas order-by date
This is the latest date we suggest ordering for estimated delivery before Christmas. It comes from our supplier's delivery window. It is an estimate, not a promise, so earlier is safer. The same estimate is shown under the price.
| Date (estimate) | Product |
|---|---|
| Nov 23 | The Mini Santa Suit |
From Nov 30, orders may not arrive by Christmas. Delivery estimates still apply, and the product page keeps showing its estimate.
If your order is late
If we cannot ship your order within the stated window, we email you with the new date and you can cancel for a full refund.
