Returns and the 30-Day Promise

Damaged, faulty or not as pictured

Email a photo to hello@jollyaisle.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number. We send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to send the suit back.

Wrong size

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and your dog's chest and back measurements. We reply with the return address and send the right size once the unused suit arrives back with us. You pay the return postage.

Changed your mind

You can return an unused suit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first with your order number and we reply with the return address. You pay the return postage, and we refund the price of the suit once it arrives back with us. The original shipping charge is not refunded.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Late orders

If we cannot ship your order within the stated window, we email you with the new date and you can cancel for a full refund.
